SABI Collective: Networking Event

Sam, the founder of SABI Collective, a styling and photography business, has curated a styled networking event tailored for Melbourne's business owners, creatives, and freelancers.

Following the success of our first event in April, we're excited to announce our second event on Friday 19th July. With an anticipated capacity of up to 45 attendees, we extend an invitation for your business to collaborate with us for this event.

Our event will feature a dedicated photographer capturing the essence of the afternoon, spotlighting our sponsored guests and businesses. In return, you will have full licensing rights to utilise these images for your own print and online marketing collateral.

This intimate lunch setting was hosted at Richmond’s hidden gem - Marble & Pearl, nestled at the back of The Kingston Hotel. The outstanding food and service left us thoroughly impressed, and we're excited to announce that we'll be returning to Marble & Pearl for our July event.

They graciously shared their personal journeys in business, delving into the challenges they faced and offering invaluable advice. This was a standout highlight based on guest feedback and we will be including 2 new guest speakers for our July event.

SABI Social Event - July 2024

Building on the success of our April event, we're eager to recreate its magic for our upcoming gathering.

We're currently seeking expressions of interest for two guest speakers, a talented local florist to showcase their work with a tablescape, and assistance with table styling. Additionally, we plan to include prizes which were a hit at our first event!

Set over a leisurely three-hour lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in a two-course meal accompanied by a complimentary drink while participating in activities designed to foster connections among other business owners.

We're striving for an equal presence of both service and product-based business owners, and we warmly welcome men and individuals of all backgrounds to join us for this SABI-styled event.

    There will also be a reserved area in the bar at 3pm for anyone who would like to stay and continue networking.

  • Based on our expression of interest and our April event, we expect there to be a mix of product and service based businesses from different industries.

  • Yes, we are seeking voluntary contributions for our July event. In return, we offer a platform to showcase your offerings through our marketing channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Additionally, a photographer will provide material for your use. We are very appreciative of any and all help we receive!

    + Optional: Videographer

    Additionally, we welcome contributions of gifted products or services. For our April event, considering the value of the gifted products and the number of attendees, we opted for spot prizes (which were extremely welcome by our guests). Depending on the nature of the prizes offered, we may also provide goodie bags. This is to be confirmed.
